175W Electronic Ballast for MH/HPS
Among AnRui electronic ballast series, there are two models named ‘King of Energy-Saving’, which are 320W and 175W for metal halide lamp. The lumen efficacy and power efficiency produced by 175W EB with 175W MH lamp has met and sometimes exceed those of 250W MB with 250W MH lamp. Thus, AR/EB 175W MH is a perfect replacement for old conventional MB 250W MH.

Test done with MS6610 digital illuminometer, DD862 single-phase ammeter and Yuanfang HB-3A test system at the same conditions.
From the conclusion of the test report, 175W EB with 175W MH lamp saves energy outstandingly.
Testing conditions: outdoor, factory, building and business lighting with MB and AR/EB
Comparison of Performance and Consumption(Consumption RMB 0.60/kWh)

We test a group of MH lamps (100pcs) with 250W MH + 250W MB (with capacitor) systems. Then we tested the MH lamps with 175W MH + AR/EB 175W. The lamps were powered on 12 hours per day.

*According to this table,if we use AR/EB, we can save RMB 24,966.00 per year; and total luminous flux was increased by 6.7%
The examples only show direct energy saving. With the AR/EB, you can acquire more saving as follows:
It has a power factor greater than 0.99 and total harmonic distortion less than 10%. Therefore it has very little influence on the electronic web. It consumes 50% less power than MB, thus reducing cost of investment and ease the maintenance of power equipments such as, total power circuit, transformer, etc.
AnRui EB contains automatic Full-function Protection circuit from pulse soft star and modulating frequency. When open or short current occurs the self-protection circuit will be active automatically shutting down the output power of EB. The built-in adaptive control system guarantees AnRui EB to work efficiently and dependably with different MH or HPS lamps' discharge characteristics of different manufacturers, old and new. This system can automatically and perfectly adapt to different lamp characteristics preventing lamp cathode being impacted from rush current, thus reaching high luminous efficacy and extending lamps' life.
